One to One Support Services

One to One Support Services is a specialist domiciliary care company offering high quality bespoke care. The service can also offer training and consultancy in the field of sensory impairments as well as health and social care (see separate entry).

• Disability Services - this service is for those who have a disability, be that long term or after an accident or illness including people with learning disabilities, a brain injury, mental health problems, physical impairments and/or sensory impairment

• Children and Families services - this service has the knowledge and skills to help support children or those with a young family. For example - supporting a parent looking after their child high on the autistic spectrum

• Older People services, including people living with Dementia, Parkinson's or Huntingtons disease - this service is dedicated to supporting older people, from sitting services to end of life care

• Specialist sensory support for deaf and deafblind clients

Services Provided:

• homecare eg cooking, cleaning and shopping
• personal care eg washing and dressing
• medication support
• respite care
• sitting service
• support accessing social activities, getting out and about, learning opportunities
• support for carers
• culturally sensitive service
• Communication Services - this is a highly trained and experienced team that have British Sign Language qualifications as well as other forms of communication skills specifically to help support people with sensory impairments
• employment support

The care services are provided 24/7 with an on call manager always available. Support is provided in peoples homes as well as out and about, whether shopping or away on holiday.

The service area covers Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire covering all areas of Sheffield, S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10, S11, S12, S13, S14, S17, S20, S35 and S36 as well as S18 and S21.

Qualifications & Quality Standards:

All staff are Enhanced CRB checked. 90% of staff hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications or are working towards. Staff also hold a variety of disability, dementia, sign language, medication and children and young people qualifications to complement their care awards. One to One Support Services is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure a quality service is provided.
