The Inspire and Achieve Foundation (IAF) helps disadvantaged 16-26 year olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) overcome barriers, find their motivation and progress into employment or education. Our Youth Workers use a combination of outreach and mentoring to affect positive change in young people’s lives.
Prince’s Trust Team Programme - The Prince’s Trust Team Programme is a 12 week personal development course for unemployed 16-26 year olds; offering work experience, qualifications, practical skills, community projects and a residential week. We run teams out of Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Worksop, Bulwell and Nottingham City

1:1 Mentoring – support around anything to do with employability with your own personal work coach (CVs, job applications, interview prep, benefits advice) as well as help addressing any personal barriers you might be facing (eg: debt, homelessness, mental health, addictions)
Football and Boxing – we run free weekly sessions to improve fitness and teamwork in Mansfield. Bus fares covered
CommuniTea – weekly drop in for young people, free pool/table tennis/table football, refreshments and Mentors on hand for support. Great way to meet like-minded young people. Life skills sessions each week for those who are interested
U-Turn Mentoring is a brand new project funded by the Police Violence Reduction Unit. We have a team of Mentors liaising closely with Bridewell and Mansfield Custody Suites, engaging with young people who have been arrested and then working intensively with them in the community to help them into positive activities
