To teach and promote lifesaving skills from age six years until adult.
Based at Retford Leisure Centre, we are a small but friendly group, teaching essential lifesaving and first aid skills, as well as training and competing on a local, national and international level. We cater for a wide range of needs and abilities, and are always looking for new members.
