Martial Arts Academy - Classes for the Over 50's

We offer classes throughout the week for the over 50's. The classes are derived from the Japanese martial art of Aikido and put into a form much like paired Tai Chi. There is no striking or falling and the exercises are designed to promote healthy movement as well as posture and confidence.
