Nottingham Youth Orchestra

Nottingham Youth Orchestra is a registered charity with the orchestra open to young musicians in full time education. We have three orchestras starting with the Training Orchestra, through to the Intermediate Orchestra and up to the Senior Orchestra under guidance from experienced instrumental tutors. We offer the opportunity for young instrumentalists to play a wide range of orchestral and chamber music. The Senior Orchestra gives at least four major concerts each year often with nationally known soloists and has toured internationally in America and many countries in Europe.

Age range Year 4 – Year 13.  Entry by audition.

We rehearse Thursday evenings during term time at the Becket School, Wilford Lane, West Bridgford NG2 7QY.
