Welcome to Bridge Children’s Centre

All our Children’s Centres are open and our teams are ready to work with families who need support.

• 1:1 family support, breastfeeding support, support with new babies, Forest Schools and PHEW wellbeing sessions, baby massage and sleep clinics are running.
• Healthy Start Vitamins are available to collect
• Baby Self Weigh is available.
• BABES Groups and lots of other activities, including play and early learning activities are available online.

Our Services

• feeding your child
• increasing your confidence and help to get a job
• preparing for a baby

We can give you information about other services, and our groups are a great place to meet other parents and carers with young children. There are also lots of volunteering opportunities - ask at your local Children's Centre or use the contact details below to find out more.
