Refuge

Services run in partnership between Refuge, Women's Aid and National Domestic Violence Helpline. A national service for women experiencing domestic violence with a network of refuges across the UK. 24 Hour crisis line providing counselling and advice for women and children escaping domestic violence.

Refuge is the largest domestic abuse organisation in the UK. On any given day our services support thousands of women and their children, helping them to overcome the physical, emotional, financial and logistical impacts of abuse and rebuild their lives — free from fear.
