*Rushcliffe Borough Council - Home Alarm Service

The service during the COVID-19 pandemic:

If you have asked for the service you may be asked to plug in your pre-programmed Home Alarm if you are able to. You will then be supported over the phone to connect it to the monitoring service and test it to make sure it works. However, where this is not possible an Officer will come into your home to connect it for you whilst maintaining social distancing guidelines and wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

The normal installation fee of £35 will be reduced to £10 for where we do not enter your home to install.

Repairs of Home Alarms will continue, again maintaining social distancing guidelines and wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment

Please note, there is no letterbox at this address, all mail must be sent to Rushcliffe Arena. 

For planning enquiries: A duty planner is available to answer enquiries over the phone during opening hours.

We aim to see customers within 10 minutes of arrival, but this may not be possible at busy times. Face to face meetings can be arranged by appointment where necessary. If advice is sought on a specific development proposal, a formal process is in place to provide pre-application advice, this is a chargeable service, with some exceptions.

For housing enquiries: Housing advisors are available at the Rushcliffe Customer Service Centre for face to face housing enquiries during opening hours.
