Hucknall National Out of School Club
Welcome to Hucknall National Out of School Club. We have been running since 2007 and are part of Hucknall Pre-School Playgroup, which has been running for over 50 years and is a well established and respected Pre-School Playgroup within the town of Hucknall.
Hucknall National Out of School Club is situated within Hucknall National Primary School. We are open for 50 weeks of the year running a Breakfast Club, an After School Club and a Holiday Club.
The Breakfast Club and After School Club are open to the children who attend Hucknall National Primary School, our Holiday Club is open to any primary school aged child.
We provide a safe, secure, stimulating, friendly and fun environment where the children have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of activities.
Hucknall National Out of School Club is run by extremely enthusiastic and qualified staff who are dedicated to supporting both the children and their parents/carers to ensure that the time they spend with us is both enjoyable and rewarding.
We are Ofsted registered and were awarded outstanding in our last inspection which took place in August 2018.

- Breakfast Club include breakfast and transfer to Hucknall National Primary School After School Club includes transfer from Hucknall National Primary School and a healthy snack Holiday Club requires the children to bring a packed lunch and a healthy snack will be provided at teatime We accept payment through the government tax free childcare scheme and through childcare vouchers, we are registered with many schemes including Edenred, Busy Bees, Computershare, KiddiVouchers and RG Childcare. Payment can be directly to our bank account. Holiday club open to ages 5-12

- How do you meet different dietary requirements?
- Meals are freshly prepared on site, all dietary/religious requirements will be catered for. All of our staff are trained in Food Hygiene and we also have a staff member who has completed Allergens training. We work with parents/carers to ensure that we meet the needs if the children, please contact Liz if you would like to discuss.

Once a child is registered at our setting we will gain as much background information as possible. Each child is allocated a key person who will spend time getting to know the child and the family to meet each child's individual needs.
We have experience of working with children with complex additional needs and of working with both the school and external agencies such as Breaks in Partnership and Families Specialist Services etc in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and their families.
