We have a telephone helpline for parents/carers and professionals, and will provide face-to-face support if requested where possible. This could include support with paperwork related to education issues (filling in forms, writing letters to school, providing a written account of the parent’s views of their child’s needs etc), attendance with parents/carers at school or other education-related meetings, information and advice regarding statutory processes.
