Our leisure centres run morning and afternoon sessions specifically aimed at people over the age of 50, who want to take part in physical activity whilst meeting new friends.
There’s no need to book any of our 50+ sessions, so just come along in the appropriate clothing and pay for a ticket at reception. To find out when these activities are on please visit the timetable page.
Price guide
An afternoon of 50+ activities costs just £6.70 for Gedling Leisure Card holders, whilst non-cardholders can still get involved with as many activities as they feel they can handle for just £7.70.
