1:1 and group therapy available for children, adolescents, adults, couples and staff. Catharsis have a pool of Arts Therapists (Art, Drama, Music and Dance Psychotherapists), all qualified to at least MA level and State Registered. Delivery of sessions is flexible to meet the need of the client

Wherever possible Catharsis therapists work with clients in a venue to suit them. We do have a therapy centre in Derby, with free parking, if this is required.
