The Transition Information Network
The Transition Information Network (TIN) is an alliance of organisations and individuals who come together aiming to improve the experience of disabled young people’s transition to adulthood. TIN is a source of information and good practice standards for disabled young people, families and professionals.
TIN is based at the Council for Disabled Children, the umbrella body for the disabled children's sector.

TIN provides information and resources about transition through their website, publications and events.
They publish a magazine called My Future Choices. This magazine is for disabled young people, families and professionals. It includes articles about transition projects, interviews with disabled young people, the latest policy and charity news and resources.
They also produce an e-bulletin which lists the latest policy and practice developments effecting disabled young people in transition.
TIN runs seminars to provide disabled young people, parents and professionals the opportunity to explore and discuss transition issues.
