I’m a childminder based off Westdale Lane in Gedling on Barons Close. I have worked in childcare for 13 years & been a childminder for 5 years. I have 3 little girls who love playing & making friends with my childminding children. I go to lots of toddler groups and fun outings and love to get creative. Settling In
- How will you help children to settle into your setting?
- Firstly the parent and child can come look round and see if i’m what their looking for and if their child will fit in my setting. I then offer 2 settling in sessions at an hour each time to help make the child settle before they are left for a full day.

- How will you communicate with parents/carers about their child's progress?
- I send photos through WhatsApp. I also do progress reports every term.
