- Children with additional needs will always be supported by a key worker and the setting. We have a disabled ramp and toilet and are able to review our learning environment to provide greater access. We work with parents/carers in a multi-agency approach to ensure every child’s needs are met. Fledgeling's have a qualified SENCO and a team of practitioners with direct experience of working with children with additional needs.
