The Crossing Church and Centre - Seated Exercise and Afternoon Friendship Tea (Friday afternoons)
Come and join us for a Seated Exercise class at 2pm, followed by an Afternoon Friendship Tea from 3pm until 4.30pm
Seated Exercise can improve mobility, help with joint stiffness / pain and many more benefits - just £4 per session.
All are welcome to our Afternoon Friendship Tea - tea, scones, cake and the opportunity to chat, socialise and make new friends. A donation is invited.
