The White House Day Nursery

Located in the centre of West Bridgford we are minutes away from West Bridgford Park and the many local amenities our lovely town has to offer which we often visit with all ages.

We are INDEPENDENT - established in 1988 run by the same family! We have many of our team who have been with us for over 10 years.

ALL our team are First Aid trained and the Nursery was the FIRST in Nottinghamshire to be awarded the Millie's Mark Gold Standard in Paediatric First Aid.  We are very proud of this award and demonstrates our commitment to keeping children safe.

Our objective is to provide a happy, secure and caring environment, allowing children to develop at their own rate and reach their full potential.  We offer a child-led environment and plan in the moment, blending our resources with loose parts and natural items, as well as sitting alongside with other resources.

We have a fully enclosed garden, which has had a makeover in late 2019, where all ages are able to continue their learning experience outdoors with an all weather surface, growing our own fruit and herbs.  In 2021 we converted our car park into an Urban Forest School which offers more outdoor opportunities for children in a natural, yet urban environment.

We run an Out of School Club for 4-8 year old's - offering Before & After School facilities as well as a Holiday Club during the school holidays.
