Caudwell Children

Caudwell Children provide family support services, equipment, treatment and therapies for disabled children and their families across the UK. We also run our Enable Sport programme for talented disabled athletes and our Destination Dreams holiday for children fighting life threatening conditions.

Non-condition specific, Caudwell Children have supported children with over 560 different medical conditions and help children up until their 19th birthday. Caudwell Children offer practical and emotional support for families in the home and in hospital. Caudwell Children support families to attend meetings and access other services. The charity also supports families with housing issues, financial problems, benefit issues and so many more.

Focused on supporting those families that need our help the most, applicants are means tested and must have a gross household income of less than £45,000 to be eligible for full support.

Warm Homes Scheme

Warm Homes is a family support service that also looks to alleviate fuel poverty amongst families with disabled children in the East Midlands, West Midlands and the North West of England. Working in partnership with Auriga, a specialist advice organisation, Caudwell Children will provide a family support service; as well as advice to help families use their energy more efficiently, and manage household income, bills and debts. You can read the Warm Homes leaflet here or by clicking under 'downloads' on this page.
