Northern Rail Assistance

Northern Rail was formed in December 2004. They provide 2500 local and regional train services every weekday operating throughout the North of the country.

Their trains provide direct access to three National parks; Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors as well as routes into the Lake District.

Description

Northern Rail Limited (NRL) operates trains across the north of England. They have published a guide to explain the procedures in place to help disabled customers to use their services with confidence. It also contains their ‘Statement of Policy’ which is required as part of the Disabled People’s Protection Policy (DPPP)
