Nottinghamshire Hospice - Hospice at Home
Our Hospice at Home service provides free of charge nursing care for adults with terminal and life-limiting illnesses in their own home, in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Depending on your needs, our qualified nurses and experienced palliative healthcare assistants offer nursing care, advice, and emotional support and can be with you for periods of 3-9 hours during the day or night. It’s like having your local hospice in the comfort of your own home.
We work with your GP, District Nurse, and other community services to ensure you receive the right care when you need it. We work flexibly because we know your needs may change quickly and we want to be there for you and your family.
