Rehab Jigsaw also undertakes case management to facilitate and co-ordinate services to maximize a person’s achievement of their optimum personal independence.

Rehab Jigsaw accepts referrals from a variety of sources including the person themselves, their families or carers, case managers, solicitors, insurers, charities and housing providers. Rehab Jigsaw works with people to enable them to live a fulfilling life.
