Fuse - the new graduate programme which connects talented graduates with dynamic small businesses
The Fuse programme offers a wide range of job opportunities in multiple sectors and provides development and networking opportunities for the graduates and businesses.
The process will mirror a corporate graduate scheme including video interviews, assessment centres and training. All applicants will get personalised development feedback, even if they aren’t offered a job within the programme.
