Pathway to Provision

The document sets out guidance for practitioners in identifying a child, young person and/or family's level of need, and referral pathways to the most appropriate service to provide support.

The latest version has been updated to expand on service descriptors, including those for the Integrated Children’s Disability Service, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), as well as greater clarity about responses to sexual harm (including uses of the Brook traffic light), and concerns about extremist behavior.

The table providing contact details for safeguarding and early help services in neighboring authorities has also been updated.
