Mindset Wellbeing group
Join us for this peer led self-help group which aims to support anyone with a lived mental health problem.
Runs fortnightly on a Monday 10:30am - 12:00 noon. It is a chance to socialise, help build self-confidence, self esteem and to improve health and wellbeing.
