The NHS Confederation has launched Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality in the workplace web pages to celebrate LGBT History Month. The LGBT web pages contain information, tools, resources and shared learning to help organisations in the NHS better understand and address the issues relating to sexual orientation in the workplace.
